Personality: Billy is one of those guys who's just entirely laid back about everything. He's not exactly the most gorgeous guy around, but he's got the charisma and personality to more than make up for it, which has made him a little bit of a hit with the ladies. Billy's quite often the life of the party, and almost always seen laughing and having a great time. Sure, sometimes things get him down, but Billy was raised to have a very laid back attitude about setbacks. When something doesn't exactly go his way, he shrugs, sighs, and says, "Eh. What can you do?"

Sibling(s): An older sister named Nicole.
Nationalities: British, and a little bit of German
Family History: William James Sr and Hannah met at the World Cup. He was supporting England, she was rooting for Germany. It was love at first sight, and the pair ended up skipping out on the end of the match to have a bit of a snog beneath the stands. They were married two years later. Exactly nine months after that, Nicole was born, and three years after her, Billy. Nicole was always very loving to her baby brother, and likes to tell people that she's taught him all he knows. (Billy vehmently disagrees.)

Defining Marks: None whatsoever. Physically, he's very forgettable, but Billy is often seen in the company of a worn baseball cap.
Manner of Speech: A consistantly joking tone. People are usually entirely unaware when he's being serious. Billy's vocabulary is average, but he's usually very frequent and sincere with compliments.
Manner of Movement: Rather laid back. Billy doesn't believe in rushing at all, but he can really move when he feels the need to. When he walks, he almost instinctively puts his hands in his pockets.
